If I could give 6 stars I would. Our experience with Rich's for a carpet install was 110% perfect. Ahead of schedule, completed in an afternoon, all refuse removed, and professional installers. We were also reminded a couple of times that they have a 90 day satisfaction guarantee! If we were unhappy, they would rip up the initial install and provide another install free! Unheard of customer satisfaction!!! Color us totally satisfied.
